We are looking for customer orientated individuals who have previously worked in a fast paced office/contact centre environment. You will be responsible for servicing our existing customer’s Insurance policies either over the telephone or in writing.

Our One Insurance Solution office is located inRiviera Business Park (The Willows)providing cover for a wide portfolio of products such as public liability, professional indemnity, commercial combined, property and commercial motor.

This is the salary on offer…

We are offering a starting salary of up to £17,000 - £18,000 based on experience.

Experience of working in a fast paced environment


Excellent Customer service skills- experience gained either over the telephone or face to face. You’ll need to be able to fulfil customer’s needs effectively showing ownership, empathy and resolution


We’ll need you to have strong verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt your style when needed


You’ll need to be enthusiastic and engaging with a positive attitude and approach



• It’s important that you’re self-motived, driven and resilient in order meet and exceed your performance targets
• A friendly pleasant telephone manner.

This is the job…

In this rewarding yet challenging role within our busy contact centre. As a member of the customer service team you will take ownership for the customer’s query from start to finish.

You’ll take inbound calls from customers who have queries about their policies, whether it’s a name or address change or something more complex, you will use your product knowledge and customer service skills to resolve and offer solutions, building rapport and understanding the customer’s requirements. You may even establish that the customer has an additional need and you can talk to them about the additional products and services we can offer.

Liaising with Insurers by Telephone, email or live web chats to discuss a change in risk, then returning to the customer with the outcome.

You’ll also be responsible for policy administration, which could involve sending letters or emails to customers and Insurers and updating customer records as well as payment collection.

You will be working in a team of Customer Consultants, supporting each other, sharing tips and best practice and also having fun.
