About the team

This is an interesting and varied role working in the validation team ensuring high levels of probity of information from our customers.

About the role

Your role will be to check and verify no claims discount evidence and driving licenses, looking into any abnormalities using databases and your investigative skills.

You will be liaising with customers over the phone and by email and text. You’ll also be in regular contact with Insurers.

In the role you’ll be working closely with the Fraud team giving you exposure to this interesting area of the business.

• Thorough regulatory knowledge
• The ability to analyse and interpret information and data to provide appropriate solutions
